our stay in leeds was amazing, especially at this inspiring home near the centre. the house was clean, comfortable, and well-kept, making it feel like a home away from home. the location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and a nearby supermarket. communication with the owner was excellent, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The house was clean and well-maintained, and the bed sheets and towels were of good quality. The water pressure was strong, and the kitchen was well stocked. The communication with the host was excellent, and check-in was easy. The location was convenient, with a bus stop and a supermarket nearby. It was also easy to find and offered free parking.
The house rules were inadequate and made us feel uncomfortable during our stay. There were restrictions on going out and talking in the garden after 9 p.m., and complete silence was expected from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

Mind-blowingly amazing home away from home stay in a jaw-droppingly quiet area. Super clean and comfortable with a kitchen that is fully stocked with cookware and utensils. Communication with the host was simply splendid and check-in was a breeze. He was incredibly accommodating and answered all our questions. The location was perfect for my daughter's graduation, with the university just a 10-minute, £5 taxi ride away. We even got to leave our car on the drive during the ceremony. The beautiful artwork throughout the property added an extra touch that we loved! Would definitely stay here again.
